About me
Ambika Nair (she/hers/they/them) is a Community Development Research Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She conducts research and data analysis centered on low- and moderate-income communities, including climate risk to renters, FinTech and credit/banking access, and the digital divide. She uses empirical methods and input from outreach efforts to highlight differences in economic outcomes based on demographic characteristics and geographic location. She is currently pursuing an M.A. in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University and received her B.A. in International Affairs and Economics from George Washington University.
